Group therapy is an important part of our intensive outpatient program. Groups allow individuals that have battled mental health issues to share their experiences and perspective with other individuals in similar circumstances. Clients build a camaraderie and find support with one another. Clients learn that they are not alone in this journey. 

Group therapy includes multiple therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Understanding Your Addiction, Seeking Safety, Life Skills, and Health and Wellness.  

Individual therapy sessions are included in programming. These sessions occur 1-2 times a week and explore deeper personal issues that fuel negative habits and affect daily living. Individual sessions are highly confidential, and our therapist works with you to build a treatment plan tailored to your personal goals.

 We proudly provide Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) services for adolescents (13+) and adults who need structured, compassionate support while continuing to live at home. Our PHP program meets 3 days a week for 3 hours each day, providing a supportive environment where individuals can work on managing depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Our experienced team is here to help you build healthy coping skills, find stability, and move toward healing.  

Case Managment Services are provided weekly. Our case manager works to meet the client where they are and assist with filling needs that require outside resources. These include working with employers for FMLA and short-term disability, coordinating with probation/parole officers, assist with human services, employment opportunities and more.

Urine drug tests are a weekly requirement for programming. These allow the staff to track the clients' progress and provide accountability. Drug tests results can also be used to aid an individual in gaining employment, working with probation, and more.

From beginning to end, we are here through the entire process. Services are personalized for the client's needs. We are here for you from admission, through treatment, and even after discharge.
